A.M.P. Party - Spark Limited Package

Terms of Service:

By submitting your content for consideration to be featured on our Roku channel, and A.M.P Party,  you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are the owner or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to distribute and display your content on our Roku channel.

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, and display your content on our Roku channel.

• You understand and agree that we may monetize our Roku channel through advertising, subscription fees, or pay-per-view options, and you may be eligible to receive a share of the revenue generated.

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your content, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.

• You retain all ownership and control over your content, and we will not make any modifications or alterations to your content without your prior written consent.

• You acknowledge and agree that we may use analytics and insights to inform our decisions regarding the promotion and distribution of your content on our Roku channel.

• You understand and agree that we may arrange for ads and advertisements to be displayed on our Roku channel alongside your content, which may or may not align with your vision or preferences.

• You understand and agree that we may place your content on other platforms or channels at a later date, with or without notice.

• You understand and agree that Amped tv and its affiliates reserve the rights to screen advertisers and their campaigns, share data pertinent to all of its partners, create new opportunities with new or existing partners, create programs based on Amped tv goals, and in the best interest of the listenership and connectors.

• You understand and agree that we may remove your content from our Roku channel at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms of service or infringement of intellectual property rights.

• You agree to cooperate with us during the draft and editing process of your content and provide us with any additional information or materials that we may request.

• By submitting your content for consideration, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service.

• You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your content during the submission or distribution process.

• You understand and agree that these terms of service may be updated or modified from time to time, and your continued use of our Roku channel constitutes your acceptance of any such updates or modifications.

• Payment and Agreement: Before we begin the draft, edit, and publishing process, you must agree to the terms of service outlined in our agreement and make the payment for our services.

• Draft: After the payment and agreement are confirmed, we will review your content and provide you with feedback on any necessary changes or improvements that need to be made.

• Edit: Once you have made the requested changes and improvements, you will need to resubmit your content for final review and approval. We may request additional changes at this stage if necessary.

• Publishing: Upon final approval, we will add your content to our A.M.P Party and provide you with information on the date and time it will be featured. We may also promote your content through our social media channels and other marketing efforts.

• Customer Agreement: By making the payment and agreeing to the terms of service, you agree to cooperate with us during the draft and editing process, and to provide us with any additional information or materials that we may request. You also acknowledge that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your content during the submission or distribution process.

By agreeing to this process, you understand that the process may take several rounds of drafts and edits to ensure that your content meets our quality standards and is suitable for our audience. We strive to maintain open communication and transparency throughout the process and will work with you to ensure that your vision is realized to the best of our abilities.
